I don’t think we’re talking about doing that in any kind of dramatic way.”That's exactly what they are doing right now, spending lavish money on glass eggs and a useless LIRR extension while threatening the possibility that Phase 1 of SAS will ever be completed. Those angry displaced business owners along Fulton/Broadway are going to find good lawyers tomorrow.
