Well, if a developer can line up an anchor tenant, it becomes very doable. The location is incredible, so it is not out of the realm of possibility.The area is rebounding. Goldman Sachs will soon move their headquarters to an under construction $2.4 billion, 2.1 million sq.ft. headquarters in Battery Park City. It is less than a 5 minute walk from Broadway & Fulton. |
