There can be a 50 story building on that site, and it can have a grandiose subway entrance that is visually distinct from the rest of the building. This wouldn't be a real head house, but it could serve, and look, that function.You mean putting the architectural detailing on the front of the station? Not on the top? Like some funny Brit called Leslie Green did 100 years ago?   Whatever next? Architects understanding the wonderful properties of terracotta and faïence? |
