Do you have a source? I was involved with a business that was taken when the 63rd st tunnel was extended beyond 21st St to connect with the the Queens Blvd line. They were NOT offered anywhere near what the business was worth and only received a settlement years later, which they had to share with an overpriced lawyer. The MTA tried to STEAL their property!!! |
