Your plan is a good one provided the whole "Jamaica shortcut" thing is cleared up. It is what makes this realistic idea become a fantasy map. However, rehabilitating the el to the extent that it would be able to provide some sort of an express service beyond skip/stop could be a help to get some of the crowd off the E and should really be considered. |
