I know of plenty households where both parents work and their kids dont ride the tops of subway cars. You cant just blow it off to "society" "...a drastic decline in living standards." You forgot the drastic decline of the family as a unit and of family values and responsibilities. Generally due to the increase of single parent households. "As mentioned above, this is more complex than placing immediate blame." The tone of your post seems to imply for these kids geting a pass |
