Almost like saying 800,000 troops. A troop is a "group" (of soldiers, generally). 800,000 troopers would be more accurate.Just my thought. The WH wants to eliminate delays on the NEC. Aside from the portal bridge, most AMTRAK delays occur OFF the NEC, where the freight train situations are extreme, and AMTRAK racks up heavy delays. The WH should work on that. |
