The private railroads' "current behaviors" are driven by the FRA. Guess what? You have absolutely no say in the FRA. Your sentiments are utterly misguided, therefore.The FRA's safety rules are not "written in blood", actually. Particularly when they occur under government-run passenger outfits, which you also have no say in. So quit saying "we the citizenry need to become more aggressive" unless and until you put the blame where it lies, which is on the government and not private enterprise. |
