I don’t think they're sleeveless. It’s just the way the seam shows up on the photo. By the way, that photo is taken from an IRT instruction book for M/M and in that book, the photo of the same M/M getting into the cab from the outside door shows a Lo-V whereas the inside photo is definitely a Hi-V.
