It goes from the street level to the roof--which is already connected by the escalator.
When I was suggesting they build a connection DOWN; I was told that they couldn't cut throught the floors. Yet they did that to build going UP. go figure. Their loss, as I used to head straight over to Waldbaums every payday, but soon that went out of business, as did Pergament, and it took a few years for the new stores to move in, and by that time; I was shopping elsewhere. It was really dead down there for awhile, and that must have meant loss of money for the the landlords (Rentar).
Now I'm sugesting a glass elevator on the outside of the back of the building, from near Burger King, to the roof, which would put it near the food court at the top of the driving ramp.
