With the LoV's that were the redominant work motors back in my time, they all had "WM" under the number plate. And as you note with the 500 series though, they had "M" underneath to designate work motors. But like the 500's you saw, that was the same "M" designation on the 100's which is consistent with the 100's which is why I'm assuming that. Never knew of an "M" designation for the museum - they usually just got buried somewhere where the wigs couldn't see them. Like out on Dyre and such. :) |
