As for good schools, the not every area could afford good schools. Hempstead can't cause the Federal and state government opened up alot of offices in the 60's and 70's which ruined their tax base. And now even worse, more tax-free churches in the area as well. That recipe doesn't make well for a good school system. Money talks on LI. The more you have of it, the more the schools will be better. |
