While I may have ONCE said "Suffolk is shot", I realize there are great parts of Long Island in general.Still, the problems we've seen in Levittown, Westbury, Rockville Center, Valley Stream(I know, "close to the City"), Freeport, Roosevelt, Hempstead, Brentwood, Huntington Station, Patchogue, Copiague, and Amityville show the problems are hardly isolated, but instead, spreading. And I didn't even include the towns people here like to rag on, like Wyandanch, Uniondale, Central Islip, and Bay Shore. Damn that's a long list. |
