There is only one asshole (of couse that being sally) who agrees with jerky mike's feelings (unless I missed one). With such universal rejection of his position, I wonder if mikey will have the tiniest of balls and come out and say that he was wrong - he made a stupid statement - and he's sorry. He's either going to stand up like a man or remain the used scum bag that he's now acting like. As for the bitch-sally, I'd expect him to stick to his guns - no matter how stupid he sounds. |

I said it once face to face to an Administrative Law Judge after he found me guilty on a parking ticket, but that wasn't the reason. It was what he said to me before finding me guilty that totally annoyed me. I was going for a chemotherapy treatment and noticed as I got into my car that I had lost my front license plate the day before. I did not want to miss my appointment and got a ticket while parked near the hospital. The judge had the nerve to say that I had no business driving my car without a front license plate as if it were a safety hazard although I told him that it was sort of an emergency. He said I should have taken a taxi even after I told him that that would have made me a 1/2 hour late for my appointment and I couldn't be sure if the treatment center would even be open a half hour later since it was near the end of the day. So as I walked out, I said to him, "I hope you get cancer, then you will know what it is like." The guy was over 80 and so deaf that I don't even know if he heard what I said. |

I actually have had very good luck winning at least 50% of my tickets, a few on appeal. a couple with the fine cut in half, and a few guilty. Most were due to conflicting and unclear regulations. I even got off one or two that I should have been found guilty on. It all depends on who the judge is. If you get a nice one, and there are a few, you will get off. About a third I would say are sub-human like the one I wrote about. You have a better chance of getting off if you show up the next day as opposed to waiting a long time.Once in the 1980s, the AAA did an expose on how unfair the system was. I received a ticket the following week and heard about 30 cases before mine. The judge only found one person guilty and that was because the guy didn't put up much of a defense. Those days are long gone. Very few are found innocent these days. Usually the best you could hope for is to have the fine cut in half. |

The reason I say this is that using the brain is an objective definition of humanity, while something like a soul is subjective (where is this soul? When do we get it?
