Florida is very dangerous for pedestrians.The Ford F-150 crowd is too macho to slow down. But it's not just them. In Florida everyone overruns a stop sign by 1/2 length of vehicle, or more. Making things more dangerous is right on red. Drivers in Florida approach aggressively and if you're crossing at the time, it's you versus an auto. |

They had a great lineup back then - Imus in mornings, followed by John Gambling, Rush Limbaugh, Hannity and then Mark Levin. While I didn't agree with everything they said, I thought their shows were entertaining. After a while, I found that Hannity really wasn't very smart and came off as arrogant. |

And just for the record, I do not hate New York City....I was born there, in Queens, and used to love to come and visit the city, go to ball games there, ride the subway, eat at some of the best restaurants in the country. It pains me to see what your city has become. We have our hovels in LA and SF but I don't go there at all because I know it does not show my adopted and beloved state as she really is. You could admit the same about your city compared to the state in general. You would feel better about yourself and you nose wouldn't keep growing along with your propaganda. |

True (re; hurricanes), though the last one of note to hit my area was Irma in 2017.Pythons generally stay in the Everglades. Alligators usually do, but occasionally, one will make it's way into the populated area. If it is 6 feet or less, it is escorted back to the Everglades. Greater than 6 feet, and it has a good chance of becoming belts/wallets/shoes/purses, etc. (Alligators are not endangered, Crocodiles OTOH are (yes there are crocodiles in South Florida, it is the only area in the world to have both). The croc could be 600 feet and it will just get a free trip back to the swamp). |
