Florida is very dangerous for pedestrians.

The Ford F-150 crowd is too macho to slow down. But it's not just them.

In Florida everyone overruns a stop sign by 1/2 length of vehicle, or more.

Making things more dangerous is right on red. Drivers in Florida approach aggressively and if you're crossing at the time, it's you versus an auto.
