A good piece of propaganda Sarge but I noticed that you DON'T live in New York City; you live on Long Island, in suburbia and that in itself is good enough of an excuse not to live in the city. Your choice. If New York City was so sensational you would live there but you live on Long Island which has much to commend itself and you don't hear me raking that place----just NYC. Upstate? Yes, very picturesque and I saw for myself when we bussed to Cooperstown in 1922 to see my man David Ortiz inducted into the Hall of Fame.I never made the attempt to try a lame excuse of defending LA or San Francisco. Those have become shit holes. The difference is I admit it and you run away from it. Worse, your NYC is going broke--a sanctuary city that cannot sustain itself much longer without raping the rest of the country for money to bail the crappy city out of its misery. |
