As an example: with Trump, I doubt that you would see busloads of Illegals showing up at the Port Authority or affirmative action cabinet hires and staffers (Buttigieg & K.J. Pierre e.g.) Bottom line here, You don't have to like the person, just the results.

The checks and balances worked during Trump’s first term, but in any future term he will push them over. I am somewhat surprised at the peaceful scenes within the Capitol that are shown. And at the way the police peacefully accompany the "shaman". Of course, I'm not sure they were "guiding" him; perhaps they were observing him to see if he did anything illegal, which at that point he didn't. But at any rate, Tucker is right about at least one thing: Sicknick wasn't murdered by a crowd. Calling what happened a "deadly insurrection" is at the least very misleading, if not just outright false. But the claims of a stolen election are definitely outright false. Bottom line, we should not be afraid to hear what "the other side" has to say.

Calling what happened a "deadly insurrection" is at the least very misleading, if not just outright false. Just because F. Tucker Carlson didn't show the violent scenes doesn't mean they didn't happen. (I haven't seen violent videos* but I believe the sworn testimony.) * Though I have seen a video of the mob accompanying Ashli Babbitt, and they sure engaged in violence to smash a door to pieces.

Now the violent scenes were also arguably cherry-picked, but they still show that there was violence that day.
