Overturn an election result, yes. Overthrow the Govt? No

WTF?

If you successfully use fraudulent methods to overturn the results of the 2020 election, then you successfully overthrow the government of President Joseph Biden, scheduled to begin at noon on 1/20/2021.

Are you playing some kind of clever word game where it's not overthrowing a government if you do it in advance? Or if you do it through fraud instead of violence?
