Not at all. These days, there are all kinds of regimens and treatments that allow 40+ women to carry a baby to term. Michelle is in exceptionally good health, and her most recent pregnancy occurred when she was 37. If FLOTUS wants to have a baby, there are plenty of specialists who will help her make it happen.
