There's an interesting difference. Mike bafflingly rejoices at the suffering of others, while conservatives (not all Republicans) pretend to care about suffering, but don't put their votes where their mouth is. They vote down stem cell research, they vote to allow higher levels of arsenic in drinking water and other things.What's better, saying you are happy about something bad that you have no control over, or having control over the suffering of others, but doing nothing? |
