The functions of personhood reside in the cerebral cortex. The cortex doesn't come online until the third trimester. Ergo.... . . ergo, your "scientific evidence" is not. There's no evidence that the cerebral cortex creates "personhood", and certainly no scientific evidence. The only evidence is of life and death; if a conceived human is allowed to live, he or she lives, and if killed, he or she dies. |
