Thank you for your kind words.My mother was orphaned at 13. She was emotionally damaged for life. She meant well but she didn’t really have the patience or perseverance necessary to be a parent. She was not emotionally equipped to deal with the ups and downs of raising children. It wasn’t her fault - her parents were ripped away from her so she never had a role model. I think she suffered from depression her entire life, until she passed away from cancer at age 75. |
