This is a political statement. You can claim some of the "facts" in it are not proven. You can agree with or disagree with the opinions.But it's still in the realm of normal political discourse. What of it? Plenty of members of Congress express radical opinions (not that I concede that "we need a comprehensive plan to fix this court" is necessarily radical - some fixes are far less radical than "packing" the court). Plenty of members of Congress assert facts not fully proven or perhaps complete lies. |
