It's impossible for a leader to wage war against his own countryHe led a conspiracy to overthrow the lawfully elected incoming government. He committed many overt acts in support of that conspiracy. In addition to acts directly related to the mob: - He threatened Raffensperger if he didn't come up with new votes for Trump. - He ordered the Justice Department to falsely inform state legislatures that they were investigating election fraud. - He threatened Pence if he did not agree to refuse recognition of multiple slates of electors. |
