I’m not so sure about that analogy. Mainly because I don’t know law, but I’m wondering if there couldn’t be a case made that Facebook does have to abide by the first amendment and that they can kick people off for violating terms of service but can’t abridge free speech. At least in the US, which is one of the few countries that has freedom of speech, albeit not for long.

Anyone that knows law care to weigh in?
