Using libel as the reason would potentially mean that they would have to take him back if he wins his lawsuit.That could be. But the libel, and the odious nature of it, makes it much more important to ban him than if he were just posting some photos of topless women. I've just been talking about why I think it's fine to ban him, and why it has nothing to do with freedom of speech. |
