The First Amendment exists expressly for speech people don't agree with. If people agreed with it there wouldn't need to be a law enshrining its right to exist.That said, it's similar to someone going into a shopping mall shouting on a megaphone while standing on a box. If the mall can kick that someone out, so too can Facebook kick Infowars out. |
