The point is that his airway whether it was forced shut or not wasn't constricted long enough to kill him alone. It was the beginning of a chain of events that resulted in his demise.Everyone has to be willing to admit, no matter what your ultimate opinion on this matter is, that there are several factors that are part of this equation. |
