The ME cited his poor health as a contributing factor. The ME also cited his prone position as a factor.So now police are not allowed to force suspects to the ground to effectuate arrest because one of them might suffer as a consequence? Please. This was an unfortunate outcome, but one that was caused by a man in poor health playing a dangerous game with the police. |
