If I hit someone unjustly, not hard enough to kill the average person, but the person I hit happens to be ill and dies, I get charged with manslaughter, don't I?I was on a jury once on a case where the defendant was charged with murder for a robbery where the act of robbery gave the victim a fatal heart attack. |
