Sometimes you're about as rational as a boiled potato. You posted, "Where has the Obama administration stopped any individual from exercising their rights". I gave you two examples. The CA law wouldn't exist had Obama not issued its ruling. And who cares if the regulation doesn't affect anyone outside of CA; they are "individuals" in CA who had their rights stopped, which means your original statement was challenged and shown to be incorrect.The "BATF" (not BAF) had nothing to do with the unilateral change to the definition of a firearm dealer. Geez, don't you bother to read anything? The administration announced in early January that the president’s upcoming executive order would require somebody selling even a single firearm to obtain a Federal Firearms License. BATF is in charge of enforcing the executive order. |
