Listen to yourself. "An onerous state regulation" doesn't apply outside that state. And it really isn't the Feds place to interfere in what is a state's right. Not to mention that any insurance should cover an abortion deemed necessary to save a woman's life, a fact many religions ignore.

The BAF makes that determination under law, and being an executive branch (Justice Dept, which goes back to Washington) entity, a President is entitled to change those rules. Your republican buddies should have thought of things like that before they nominated an irrational, unelectable candidate.
