New York City's extremely strict gin licensing requirements have been upheld by the courts over and over again. The city deliberately makes it very difficult to obtain a gun license, involving extensive background checks and a thorough interview series.If the courts ruled that the city's interest in public safety outweighs the individual's need for privacy, why wouldn't the same logo be applied to FOPA repeal? |
