If you consider me as less than a person then I do not know why I am even responding. If you look at New York Penal Law §490.20 the chants meet the definition of making a terroristic threat. If the law says it is terrorism that is all I can go by. As I am only aware of New York law on this subject I do not want to opine on the position other states may take.

Since you also like posting lists of questions Olog won't answer, I have one for you:

1) Define rational
2) Define what is irrational
