None of the above as none of your definitions are "rational" based on your definition of the word. Are you stating that blacks are so powerless they can never be terrorists? Terrorism is not just about using the threat of violence to compel a person to act in a manner furthering political ends. It can also be done to intimidate coerce a civilian population. Terrorism is not only political. If I say, "agree with me or you should be shot" that is a terroristic threat even though you are not a member of government. |
