Imagine ppl with your stereotypes you just mentioned which unfortunately a lot more ppl than u believe about every black person, now imagine those same ppl reviewing resumes with 'black or latino sounding' sounding names, imagine those same ppl reviewing loan applications, imagine them with a gun and a badge patrolling black neighborhoods or as neighborhood watch following a black kid as he walks to his father's house. Welcome to reality.' |
