What about affirmative action?For every black person I've seen promoted beyond their level of competence because someone wanted to look like they were hiring enough blacks, I've seen 5 whites promoted beyond their level of competence because of cronyism. What about Mr. Policeman not pulling you over for minor infraction 'cause he doesn't want to be accused of the"R" word? Then why do all the statistics show disproportionate traffic stops for minorities? For every case like you describe, there are 5 officers doing racial profiling for no good reason. |
