If his hands were in the air at the time he was shot, why would his arms have so many bullet wounds? Assuming the cop was aiming for the victim's torso, the fact that so many bullet wounds are in his arms seems to imply that his arms were down near this torso and not up in the air, right? Or am I way off base?
