Well, if you look back you'll see that Dave discovered it's a misdemeanor in MO.I'm already aware of that post from Dave. Now if YOU look back you'll see that posts made subsequent to Dave's disagree with his finding and state that it's a felony. So maybe instead of rushing to character assassination, you could have searched yourself.What "character assassination"? What rushing? Searched for what, where? What are you talking about??? I read the whole subthread before I made my post, and the issue of whether or not it was a felony and whether or not you were wrong appeared to be unresolved. So that's why I asked those three questions. What do you not understand about that? |
