Wrong. Laws ensure order. They work within a universally accepted ethic/moral code.

You are ignoring the simple basic fact that "a pregnant woman has one foot in the grave". There is risk to one's life involved. Nobody should be forced to take that kind of risk.

A raped women is innocent. Should she be forced to risk her life on top of that, a punishment after being the victim of a crime?
