That's called a selection bias. Most women who have abortions don't have any remorse whatsoever, and therefore have no need to share it with anyone at a community center.

The only reasons anyone would have any remorse over an abortion is if they never have any children (especially if the abortion were botched and they can't), or if their religion made them feel bad about it.
