Unless you can somehow prove there are people who would take the B110 but are fearful of dealing with overzealous, ultra-Orthodox Jews, then no one has been harmed and it doesn't appear anyone will be harmed in the near future. There is no issue to bring to light, yet. Would a women be required to stand in the back and not sit down if that were the case? If this was an official kav mehadrin in Israel (none of which operate legally), then yes. Since this is a bus in the United States, obviously that doesn't apply. |
