So they get in through the back, walk to the front to pay and then walk to the back to sit down? That would be twice the distance. Or else they get in through the front, walk down the stairs again and reboard through the back. That would be walking up and down the stairs twice if they are not permitted to walk through the bus, and you don't call that "harmed". But you would just respond they are not harmed because no one is complaining. You know what my answer to that one would be.

I'm sure the distance would be an insignificant number when compared to the entire population but not insignificant if you are the one who is affected.
