Hopefully, the toll hikes will present the perfect opportunity to implement such a service. I can see it becoming popular anyway because it's not that much more expensive than the S89->HBLR ($90 per month of a MetroCard, plus $64 for an HBLR pass = $154, vs. a little over $200 for an express bus MetroCard), but the problem is that before the toll hikes, there might not have been enough ridership to support both the S89 and X33. |
