False. Every person has the right to be considered innocent until proven guilty. That was my point. Many people here condemned him without knowing ANY of the facts. Let there be proff brought that he committed crimes/violations in the taking of that photo, and then you can condemn him all you want, because he will surely deserve it.

Of course, if this photo was taken BEFORE the rollsign incident, then there is the chance that he has already seen the error in his ways, and has already decided not to pursue this course of action any longer.
