If this is the case, that God and Judaism are more important than I am, then look at what these two sadistic institutions are doing to me and countless other individuals in tortiously interfering with our happiness.Judaism is not sadistic, and G-d is not necessarily sadistic. Judaism is prescientific, and religions born after the advent of science are often nonscientific and based on prescientific religions. As for God (oh, come on! say it! Yahweh! Jehovah! Yahoo, maybe! The big guy in the sky! The big woman in the sky! More bad movie dialogue! Vhat, its blasphemous averah? Oh vell, vin vun and lose vun!) |
