When I moved from Webster over to Sedgewick where there were no trains, I had a hell of a time the first few nights. Fortunately, we had bongo serenades all night long over there and though they were quieter than the el, they sorta served the same purpose ... and the occasional bottle being broken on the street also helped. :) |
