The name,Spuyten Duyvil, reminds that there was a Dutch colony here from 1609 to 1664."Yonkers" comes from the Dutch "Jonker", a young, wealthy dude.... Anyway, felt sorry for those Amtrak dudes out in the cold.I agree with the other poster here, that American Flag needs to be replaced.
