You are full of bovine by-product. THOSE contracts were bid and signed in the Clinton years.Not only that, but Haliburton was (and still is) the only U.S. company which is set up to do what they were awarded a contract for doing. How can one expect multiple bids if only one company can do the job required? Nilet and brighton are simply regurgitating the stuff they read on left-of-center websites. It's why I've come to call the internet the "disinformation superhighway". |
